Milan Fashion Week 2023: See Julia Fox, Bella Thorne, more stars and over-the-top runway looks

Milan Fashion Week 2023 kicked off on Monday with a star-studded lineup of celebrities and over-the-top runway looks.

Among the celebrities in attendance were actresses Julia Fox and Bella Thorne, who both turned heads with their daring outfits. Fox wore a sheer black top with a leather skirt and knee-high boots, while Thorne opted for a sequined mini-dress with feathered sleeves.

The runway shows themselves were just as eye-catching, with designers showcasing their latest collections in bold and creative ways. One standout show came from Italian fashion house Moschino, which presented a collection inspired by the works of artist Roy Lichtenstein.

The collection featured brightly colored dresses and suits adorned with comic book-style illustrations and oversized pop art accessories, including giant cartoon hands and speech bubbles.

Another notable show was by fashion brand Fendi, which debuted a collection of elegant and understated pieces in neutral tones. The collection featured flowing silk dresses, tailored blazers, and sleek leather boots, all designed with a minimalist aesthetic.

Meanwhile, Italian fashion house Gucci presented a collection that mixed elements of classic Italian design with futuristic touches. The collection featured bright colors and bold patterns, with models wearing oversized sunglasses and platform shoes.

The week-long event will continue with shows from designers including Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and Prada, as well as up-and-coming fashion brands and designers.

Milan Fashion Week is one of the most highly anticipated events on the fashion calendar, drawing fashion industry insiders, celebrities, and style influencers from around the world. The event showcases the latest trends and designs in fashion, and sets the tone for the upcoming season's style.

While the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the fashion industry in many ways, with many shows moving to virtual formats, Milan Fashion Week has returned to an in-person format with safety protocols in place.

Despite the challenges, designers and fashion houses have continued to innovate and push the boundaries of style, creating collections that are both visually stunning and reflective of the changing times.

As the week continues, fashion fans can expect to see more bold and inventive designs, as well as celebrity sightings and street style looks that will inspire trends for the months to come.
