Suspected 'Family Feud' killer's haunting jokes under scrutiny after estranged wife's shooting death

In the latest news, a suspected killer's disturbing jokes have come under scrutiny following the shooting death of his estranged wife.

According to reports, a man identified as Jason Kutt, 37, has been arrested and charged with murder in the shooting death of his wife, 33-year-old Melissa Kutt, in their Pennsylvania home on Monday. The couple had been going through a divorce and custody battle over their two children.

However, what is now being investigated is Jason Kutt's eerie and chilling jokes made on social media and during a podcast appearance last year. Kutt had appeared on a true crime podcast called "Serial Napper" in which he discussed a hypothetical murder scenario involving his estranged wife.

During the podcast, Kutt jokingly described a scenario in which he would pretend to be a hitman and offer his wife a way out of their marriage. He said he would tell her that he could make her problems disappear, but she would have to leave town and never contact her family again. The host of the podcast can be heard laughing in the background.

In addition to the podcast appearance, Kutt had also made disturbing jokes on his social media accounts. One post from 2020 read, "If you're ever on trial, tell them you have a diminished capacity due to watching 60 Minutes and listening to NPR for too many years. It's worth a shot."

Another post from 2018 showed Kutt holding a shotgun with the caption, "I think I'll go shoot myself a coyote. I hope my neighbor's dogs don't mind the noise."

These jokes are now being investigated by authorities as a possible motive for Melissa Kutt's murder. It is unclear if Jason Kutt had any history of domestic violence or if there were any previous incidents of violence between the couple.

The tragic death of Melissa Kutt has once again highlighted the importance of taking threats and jokes about violence seriously, especially in cases of domestic violence. It is crucial for family members, friends, and even strangers to report any concerning behavior or comments to authorities, as it could potentially save a life.

The investigation into Melissa Kutt's death is ongoing, and Jason Kutt is currently being held without bail. Our thoughts go out to Melissa Kutt's family and friends during this difficult time
